apk file location on device?

Hello,
I try to find an apk file transmitted by B4ABridge to the phone but I can't see it with the file manager. I wish to see the date when it was installed. Could somebody tell me where the files are dropped?
Android 3.2 (Archos internet tablet 70b).

Check the root of your SD card, the file is named usually "temp.apk"

So, the apk files will not be saved individually, i.e. overwritten? Where then can I find the executable?

If you are just running on device connected over usb, etc it most likely is temporary. If you want the actual file you can copy the one created in your project folder during compile over and install with it. They work just like a CAB file on Win Mobile or a Setup.exe file on a desktop.
