B4A Library Sip / Voip library

Version 1.0 is attached.
Requires Android 2.3 or above.

Installation instructions:
- Download the attach file.
- Copy both files to the internal libraries folder: C:\Program Files\Anywhere Software\Basic4android\Libraries

I' am a istaller of voip system Wildix but i would like build a simple alternative app for Wildix system.
