Android Question Status: Connection Rejected due to Limited Resources

I've been beating this to death for a few days now. Hopefully, this is a cockpit problem.
I am running the latest BLE example code on a Samsung Galaxy A11. The LE server is a Raspberry Pi 5 running against btlib.
I can scan, connect and read/write the characteristics on the Pi 5 LE server using nRF Connect and LightBlue on the phone with no problems.
I have also checked the phone for BLE compatibility. It's all good. I get the Connection Rejected error when I run the BLE example.

I am thinking the phone is not switching to BLE mode and running in CLASSIC mode. I've attached the btmon readout.

Thanks in advance for any advice or direction.

OK.. Once again the problem did not exist within B4A (I didn't expect it to.).
The problem is the Samsung A11 phone running Android 10.
Went out and got a new Samsung A13 running Android 13 and what do you know.... It connects with no problem....
Splash one A11..
Problem solved!
