A: The difference is in the free upgrades period: two months versus two years.

Q: Can I later upgrade from the Standard version to the Enterprise version?

A: Yes, the current price is $59.

Q: Are phone or tablet x supported?

A: All Android devices running Android 1.6 or above are supported (that includes Android 2.x, 3.x and 4.x devices).

Q: How do I get started?

Q: What are the limitations of the trial version?

A: The trial version doesn’t support libraries and additional modules. The trial version is also limited to 30 days.

Q: How can I reuse existing Java code?

A: You can wrap your Java code as a library and then reference it from Basic4android IDE. See this tutorial for more information.

Q: Can I export my source code to a Java project?

A: Yes. During compilation Basic4android generates Java code. The code is available under the Objects subfolder.
You can copy the Java source code to a different folder and use it outside of Basic4android.
You will also need to reference Core.jar and BAShared.jar which are included in the installation.

Q: Can I install Basic4android on more than one computer

A: Each developer requires a single license. However you can install a single license on two computers.
