There's no need to "Dim" normal variables....
You can just use the without previous settings...
If you need to share a variable bettween several subs, then put them in the Global sub, like this:

Prin=""
Rate=""
Term=""
MonthlyRate=""
Payment=""
Middle=""
bottom=""
