From the distributed library , it seems that basic4ppc is only for
sqllite .
I am a new basic4ppc user as well but from your questions I thought
about it , if the mssql library is not possible then
may be what you can do is to
1. [ppc]->sqllite->sync/activesync->[window]
2. [window]->application->sqllite convertor->mssql.
