DateD and DateM are identical for erveryone but there are different ways to calculate the weeknumber.
E.g. in germany, week number 1 is the one which includes the first thursday of the year. In the usa, week number 1 is the one which includes january 1st. In some other countries the first complete week of a new year is week number 1.
