If I load a source file into the desktop IDE, compile it, do a File Save As then when I recompile it the default exe name is that of the old filename not the new and I might not want to overwrite that previous exe. Actually I just did
and scratched my head for a while until I bothered to look at the compilation dialog. My fault for making an assumption that the default exe name always matched the source filename but it would convenient if it did behave that way.
