Unfortunately there isn't a printer engine in PocketPC (Windows Mobile) OS, as there is for desktop windows.
By "printer engine" I mean a printing mechanism with functions and objects, using printer drivers to do the dirty job (support different printers).
Basic4PPC has all the tools you need (Network library, Serial library) to print to every printer but you should do by your self the dirty job. That is to send appropriate commands to your printer as there is not printer drivers for this Operating System.
