Lightbulb Basic4android v1.3 is released

I'm happy to release Basic4android v1.3.
This version includes a new tool named B4A-Bridge which allows you to connect your device to the IDE over the local network.
Unlike ADB, this tool doesn't require any special drivers and should be supported by all devices.
See the B4A-Bridge tutorial.
The IDE was updated with a new set of icons and other small improvements (including better support for copying LogCat to the clipboard).
Other new features:
- Select blocks can be nested.
- Ceil keyword added.
- Edit: WebView PageFinished event added.
- Phone library was updated:
- PackageManager object - Allows you to retrieve information about the installed applications.
- LogCat object - Read the logs from the phone.
- Phone.GetResourceDrawable - Fetch Android internal drawables.
- Phone.GetSettings - Get various settings values.

The most updated official libraries are included in the installation.

Users who are eligible for free upgrade should receive an email with installation instructions. Other users should receive an email with a discount offer.

There was a note about deleteing libraries before installing the update,

Well I just installed it, is there a list somewhere of what libraries should not be in the libarary files, or what libraries are in the update.

Ooops.

I never noticed that bit about libraries so just installed the new version over v1.2 but it is working fine.

If a file is in the libraries folder and not needed it shouldn't affect the installation as I think it just wouldn't access that file.

Basic4android first looks in the "additional libraries" path for libraries.
You have two options. Go the additional libraries path and delete all the official libraries.
Or go to the internal libraries folder (c:\Program Files\Anywhere Software\Basic4android\Libraries) and copy all files to the additional libraries folder.
