Device Help library
This library provides access to the Help facility on the device, such as it is! It also provides a sort of context sensitive help ability by abusing the context menu capabilities of controls.
The zip includes library, help, demo and source code for merging. Formlib.dll is required in the app directory for the demo to function. I didn't include it as I don't like including files that may later be updated in library zips.
