DesktopOnly library was updated

The DesktopOnly library now supports sending emails using a SMTP server.
Also note that the updated libraries place has moved here: http://www.basic4ppc.com/forum/official-updates/

Like the Additional Libraries subforum, it is only available to licensed users.
