Default FormLib library was updated

The FormLib library was updated.
It includes one new method: ChangeParent.
ChangeParent allows you to move a control from one form to another.
For example in GPS4PPC it was used to share the numpad between two forms.
Tip: You can put several controls on one panel and then move the panel.
