As I understand from Erel probably not. However my Scripting library for B4ppc, available to registered users, is similar, more limited but will work on both device and desktop.

We currently do no plan to release a public .Net CF version. However if you are interested please contact me by mail: erel@basic4ppc.com .
We can easily build a .Net CF version.
