ImageLibEx?

@Erel - I notice that you don't seem to have incoporated a save image function into native B4PPC, nor does there seem to be a mention of ImageLibEx on the website. New users (let's hope there's going to be lots of them) may not be aware of it's existence. Perhaps it would be a good idea to add a save image funtion to ImageLib in the next version.

The Save function requires .Net 2.0.
I do not want to limit ImageLib to .Net 2.0 yet.
I guess that in the future these two libraries will be merged.
