IDE Date Format

Hi All,

Please can the IDE show dates in the locale format of the users PC?

For example the "File Saved", date time shows

2/1/2012 8:15:03 AM [m/d/yyyy h:mm:ss AM/PM]

but for my locale would be better as

01/02/2012 08:15:03 [dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss]
