SMS Message Intercept option To Delete Message

If I have understood this MSDN article correctly then it should be possible to have an option to delete incoming messages once they have been intercepted.

Ideally I would like the program I am writing to handle all my SMS messages and prevent them from reaching the preinstalled messaging software.
If possible it would be nice to have the option within B4PPC to either allow the message through or to delete on interception.

Are there any updates on this already? :-)

I would also like to be able to "snatch" a specific sms before it gets to the "normal" WM SMS-Inbox...

Can I also suppress the pop-up-dialogue-box from WM when a new SMS comes in (so that I can receive and process an SMS in "stealth" mode and the user doesn't even notice that he has gotten an SMS?)
