More Tuntime Control Additions

In future releases of Basic4PPC, I would like to be able to add menus, tables, and other objects to an application programatically, E.G. AddMenu("frmMain","&File"). Due to a visual impairment, I cannot use either the form designer or the menu editor effectively so use nothing but code to design the GUI's for my applications.
