Update of web "specifications"

How about an update of Basic4ppc - Windows Mobile programming and Pocket PC Development

E.g. the list of objects in ControlsExDevice runs to only seven, whereas in the latest version there are about twice as many. Details are similarly out of date.

Perhaps the top level list could (somehow!) refer directly to the files for each library so little or no effort is needed to maintain them?
