Did you notice the date on that page? 17th March 2007 and CF 1.0. In fact they anmnounced a CF 2.0 compatible version early in 2009 but seem to have since gone bankrupt. I looked at it but it didn't work as you might want being effectively a cross-compiler from C# .NET code to a Symbian native application.
