Position of form designer

Hi Erel,

it would be nice, if the form designer opens in the center of the Basic4PPC main window and not in the center of the desktop.

While working with a multi-display system (2 or more monitors), you have to move the form designer every time you launched him. Another possible solution is to store the last position and restore it at the next start.
