Default IDE subs list width

Hi Erel,

In the new IDE there is one feature lost according to the previous IDE.
When changing the width of the lists of subs, controls etc. on the right side and leaving the IDE. At the next run the width gets it's default value and not that at the last use, as it is the case in the previous IDE.

The height of the bottom area is OK.

Best regards.
