Scroll bar indicators

On the scroll bar is not visible marks bookmarks ...
Maybe paint them a different color?

For now the indicators are only painted on the static part of the scroll bar. The indicators that are hidden can be seen in the actual text.

I think he means that the white colour of a bookmark indicator doesn't show up very well gainst the gray colour of the scrollbar background. His picture shows (just) a bookmark indicator above the light blue selection indicators and above the read breakpoint indicator. I tend to agree that a more obvious colour for bookmarks might be better.
