Default FullScreen2() in Formlib not documented

Hi Erel,

here a really big bug again ...
As the titel says it all, the method FullScreen2() of the formlib.dll is not documented in the help file...

I also noticed that it wasn't documented but if you start to type the command then you will see the correct format displayed in the syntax window.
