Background-Color on Bitmap.new2

Hello there,

I've seen a difference between desktop and mobile on creating a new Bitmap.
The Background color on Desktop is already white, on Mobile its black.

A bug or my mistake?

This is a difference between the full framework (desktop) and the compact framework (device).
