When compiling for Device, Desktop code is used

My application uses the RichTextDesktop.dll (http://www.basic4ppc.com/forum/showt...?t=1080&page=2)

Problem: In order to be able to compile a device version, I have two versions of my own code: On for the device which only has dummys and on for the desktop. Everything using RichTextDesktop.dll is in the desktop version.

The to files I have added by Tools/Components.

Now, desktop version compiles fine, but when I try to compile the device.exe I have to remove the desktop code reference with Tools/Components because it complains about the missing library.

Of course, a good workaround would be a dummy version von the dll, like for Hardware. But that does not exist as of now.

Checked it: In 6.05 the Problem is resolved.

Erel - I'm puzzled. What was the problem that got fixed, I'm afraid I don't understand this - probably missing the obvious I guess?

There was a bug in v6.00 which caused Basic4ppc to include the additional desktop code files (added with the components dialog) when targeting the device.

I confirm it too, it works (V6_30).
Had some trouble in making mistakes, but now it's OK.
