Small IDE issues

Goto NoExecute

The "Ignored = True" after the "NoExecute" label is not processed. The compiler doesn't complain.

Forgetting the "then" after the "if" gives the error "Missing Keyword: end sub"
and the cursor is positioned on the "end if"
