Device IDE lacks Run protection

I am astonished I haven't noticed this before. When using the device IDE with a Task Switcher it is possible to run a program, bring the IDE to the front and run the program again! You can even load another program and run that while the first is still running, potentially causing "interesting" interactions to occur! The desktop IDE doesn't allow this, I think the IDE should also not allow this to happen..
