Unhelpful error dialog

I tried adding a device library to the desktop side by mistake. This caused the attached useless error message. Look at what? How? Where?

Edit: How come this post also appears in the wish list forum as well as bug reports??

The message appears in the bugs forum which is a sub forum of the wish list forum.

I don't remember it being there before. I'm not convinced moving it was a good idea.

And I follow the instructions of the error dialog how?
