Basic4ppc application causes warning with Dell Axim X3 switcher bar

Whenever I use the Switcher Bar on my Dell Axim X3 to close my Basic4ppc program I get an error

"App Name" is not responding. The program may be busy, waiting for a response from you, or it may have stopped responding .. (ok or cancel)

Meanwhile the program exists normally in the background.

When you close Basic4ppc it asks you if you like to save changes.
If you try to close Basic4ppc with a task manager it will say "waiting for response" because it is waiting for a response.

Sorry, to be more specific this problem is occurring for applications I've compiled with Basic4ppc. I compiled then with the desktop compiler and copied them over.
