Default Game Graphics

I'm sure a lot of people will be trying to make some games with B4A. I had embarked on one such project but hit a wall very early on.
I wanted to create a top-down game with lots of people running around in it. The problem was: when you look at people from above, the graphics just look like a blob or oval. Real crappy. Thats from my point of view.

Are there any graphics experts out here that can make crap look like cake?

At the moment I am considering keeping the engine but changing the premise of the game to have cars or beetles that look cool from above

One's sure:

2d top-down is the easiest to do.

I'm making one myself, you can check the progress on my blog, and the graphics i got are pretty good. I mean people graphics.

If you want good top-down people have a look at CS2d sprites.

Nice blog Kamac. I think that is a good way to get known and eventually your apps.

Good luck with the game and keep us posted.

Hey guys,

I recommend you to request your sprites, HUD, GUI, logo's, icons, etc at Nation of Design.

It's a community I now that makes art you want for free.
They are professional or hobby artists.

Thanks guys. I was checking both of them out.
Nice blog Kamac. You have skill The CS Sprite arent cutting it for me for the kind of look I have envisaged. I was hoping for something more glossy. Well, cant be picky can I?

XverhelstX, I will try Nation of Design. It looks like a small community but they may be what I need. Have you tried them before?

Thanks!

You have skill
Really ?

You may also want making yourself full scale pic, then resize it down and create your shapes in gimp. This is how some people do it !
