Ask for advice, how to write mobile phone USB interface and direct data MCU to send and accept it?

I'm not familiar with 'direct data MCU' though it seems that managed code like Basic4ppc (or C#) will not suffice here. You will need a lower lever programming language like eVC.

Some people have connected devices to pocket PC's via USB.
Google it. You won't find an easy solution.

I have followed this route for several years.
In short. There is no current way to create an interface between
a USB device using Basic4ppc at this time.

If there was, I would be giving a different answer
