Hi,
first step of my map calibration is done. The calculation is much easier and will be shared later. Don't hesitate to improve it or to give some usefull comments. A test map is included.

Hi Erel,
I tested the scrolling and magnifying with big files (11 MB jpg and 27 MB bmp) and it's very slow now. How can it be improved. Tested on a new computer (DualCore 2,2 GHz, 2 GB RAM, XP SP2). May be you can help?

Hi wolfgang,
Maybe it could be faster taking every time a smaller part of your map. Take a look here dzImage Library for doing this during runtime |
