Default Copy and paste on device

I really enjoy programming with Basic4ppc (even more now with v5 ). One thing I am missing however is the ability to copy and paste on the device.

However, if Basic4ppc is combined with Mortscript (a very capable script program, freeware, from http://www.sto-helit.de/) this is actually possible!

In this sample program you can copy the text from the textbox, alternatively paste new text into the box (as it stands you copy all the text). You need to install Mortscript from the link above for the program to work.

Enjoy

Default copy paste

I agree, it is a bit convoluted. It is just a work around until the function is included in a dll or Basic4ppc...

That is a very creative solution .
However, very soon an updated Hardware library will be released which will include support for clipboard operations.
