1st, this is the wrong forum for questions as this is "amples and tips".You should have posted in "Question & Help needed".
Anyway, regions are user definable...I mean you can create a sub and call it form (Sub Form....End Sub) and automatically the editor puts a minus sign to the left of the first Sub line, enabling folding the sub... But maybe this was not what you meant... If you are refferring to a region were you could define a p+articular form properties, the I guess there not a direct way, but you coul create a sub and call it from app start...

I'm guessing a non-retangular form is what you mean...
No, not directly anyway...but you can create it as an dll...I have been playing with this and I know its possible...

Yes, i but it only works on the desktop as the transparent prop for the form is not available on the compact Framework....
Maybe tomorrow i'll post a simple non-rectangular form shower....
