Default Is it just happening to me?

Today I got out of bed, abou 11h30, and as ususal, headed to my pc to see the news at b4ppc forum.....

It didn't open....I was able to open it only 10 minutes ago....
Before that it just kept getting timed out trying to connect to either the site itself or the forum...

Does this only happens to me?

The hosting server was down today for a couple of hours.
It should now be fine.

Is this something that happens in a regular basis?

I have felt these difficulties before...

The server is supposed to be online more than 99% of the time (it is hosted on a third party hosting company).
I guess that some days just fall in the 1%.
