Both files were, the dll and the cs file were in the folder.
But anyway, the compiler should compile it with or without the cs file. If the cs file is not in, the library will not be merged.

Are you sure you are targeting the desktop and not device?

Sounds like a faulty download. Is the file size 85.3 KB (87,399 bytes), which is what the OK file is on my system?
