Serial2 update - V1.2

This update fixes a problem with the assignment of XonXoffHandshaking property.
Setup instructions:
- Unzip the attached file and copy Serial2.dll to the libraries folder:
C:\Program Files\Anywhere Software\Basic4ppc Desktop\Libraries
