ControlsEx update

This update fixes a bug related to the TabControl: http://www.basic4ppc.com/forum/bug-reports/1946-tab-control-bug.html

Setup instructions:
- Download the attached file.
- Copy ControlsEx.dll to Basic4ppc libraries folder:
C:\Program Files\Anywhere Software\Basic4ppc Desktop\Libraries

You should also replace existing copies of ControlsEx with the new library.
