FormLib 2.51

This version fixes a memory leak related to screen orientations changes.
Setup instructrions:
Unzip the attached file and copy both files to the libraries folder:
C:\Program Files\Anywhere Software\Basic4ppc Desktop\Libraries (default installation folder)
