Sprite library V1.3 - major update

Thanks to the one and only, agraham, the Sprite library was updated with many new features and options .

Setup instructions:
- Unzip the attached file.
- Copy the three files to Basic4ppc libraries folder (default installation):
C:\Program Files\Anywhere Software\Basic4ppc Desktop\Libraries
- Update copies of Sprite.dll on the device.
