Low-level FTP Download with progress

It took me a while, but I finally finished the Low-Level FTP download with progress code I promised when I released the FTP Upload with progress code

This project provides PASV mode, BINARY, FTP file downloads. I have tested against Windows, Unix, and Mac servers with no problems.

Known bug/issues:
Selecting a file in the table doesn't always enable the Download button.
The interface is not very impressive
