This new sub forum will be used to manage open source projects created with Basic4ppc.

Great, but wasn't that what the "share your creations forum was supposed to be?

This forum will be used for projects which will also appear in the main site (under "other products").
The main reason for these projects to be open source is to allow other users to use parts of the code in their applications.

I see your point and agree, (as if my opinion would matter), with this new forum creation, but still would like to see a comercial forum for those of us, me included, wich would like to try to earn some money with B4PPC.
I also agree that sofware posted under such forum would be taxed by You in order to help support the forum....

You could promote and demonstrate your commercial application in Share your creations.
As the description says: include source code if possible.
