If you are a member (= you purchased B4PPC) then you can download it from the forum directly.
I guess you are not, so you have to ask EREL (it is his business !) if he permit it.

If you were so happy with this little program (which is just a demonstrator of B4PPC capabilities) you should buy it and create your own programs. I can assure you it is easy and what you requested (to have the coordinates in the converter) is a piece of cake...

I recommend !
thanks for your reply!
Surely I am "member" (I have purchased Basic4PPC some days ago).
But where can I download "your" source-code of GPS4PPC_SP and GPSDemoDriver?

Sorry, I am new here and beginner in programming and - too - some years old.
Please excuse my perhaps silly questions.

And only one question I had:

It is possible, that the position from the "compass"-window goes automaticly in the "converter"-window?
So can one get directly the UTM's.
You write:

well for you!! But not for me old beginning "programmer".

Ida

Default Question for Mr. Erel using GPS4ppc

Hi Mr.Erel

Question: using GPS4ppc.
Using the Compass mode in the Field you have to turn the Device in Arrow Direction. Is there a way to change this Behavior? Like Arrow = Direction and something like a Float for the N/S/W/O and Degrees.

Best regards,
Wm. Chatman

I'm not sure that I understand your question.
You want to rotate the letters instead of the arrow?

Sorry, i will try my best to let you know what i had in mind.
On a hike the Compass Arrow or Icon shows your present course. Holding the Device up front, I need to turn the Device to get the Compass Arrow straight up, like pointing at 1200 h.
The Compass itself is stationary N-S-O-W (always is North), can we get this to turn (Float).
1. Have the Arrow pointing up at 1200h, for the Direction.
2. Have the Compass (Pic) with the (N-S-O-W) turn, meaning showing
north.

You can use this library: http://www.basic4ppc.com/forum/addit...html#post17721 to rotate the compass instead of the arrow.
