Default Newbie questions

I have two questions
1)I install basic to my ppc but i can not found the directory which contains the dll files and i want to ask if i must copy manually the dll files to my ppc
2)Is there any way to use in the same project the phone.dll and the phonelib.dll because when i try i receive error messages

1) The dll files are not installed on the device.
You could copy them to the device, or you could work in the synchronized folder:
The best folder for your source code
2) What errors do you get? The Phone library requires .Net CF 2.0 and WM5.0 or WM6.0.

There are two dll the one is phone.dll and the other is phonelib.dll.When i try to add both dll at the same project i recieve the error message
"an error occured".This message apperas only when i try to add phone.dll and phonelib.dll at the same time.
