Hi

Erel you mentioned hardware.keepalive
Is this a device setting or something that can be done in the program?

See the example in the manual: http://www.basic4ppc.com/help/hardware/keepalive.htm
KeepAlive resets the device's idle timer.
It should be called periodically.
