Newbie: Help file linking?

I have not discovered how to look up help on certain items. The one I just tried was TreeView. I found it eventually, but nothing seemed to indicate that it was under ControlsEx.
Is there something I should set up to get an expandable tree under each of the libraries listed on the help menu?

It seems otherwise, that if I don't know where it resides I will have to open each library help, until I find it.
Treeview did not come up in the main help and then direct me to the correct help file either.

Thank you klaus.
It wasn't quite what I meant but it does suffice if online.
I guess I expected all offline help files to be linked to a master index.
