setup builder question

I have an ancillary file that is called at a future date by runappattime. I do not want this exe on my program display after install of cab file. I do want it in the application run directory. Is there some setting in setup builder that can transfer exe files without registering them?

The shortcut is created for the first executable in the list.

You can add more executables and they will be treated like regular files.
