Change Image width and Height

Hi

i am looking for a chance to change the width and the height of an image. The idea is to flip an image slow to left or right so that it looks each as it flips out. It would be great p.E

topleft 10,10
topright 10,200
bottomleft 200,10
buttomright 200,200

the next step
topleft 15,10
topright 10,180
bottomleft 195,10
buttomright 200,180


and so on

I'm Thinking he means an "Animation" of sort, that should look like a photo being fliped over in one of the axis....Not sure if it is possible, but if so, it would be quite memory consuming, wouldn't it?
