Default Icon association

Hi,
I've just recompliled one of my apps with v5 and associated an icon, but the app after complilation doesn't show the icon...a bug?

I had no problems recompiling my apps with version 5. And it was possible to change the icon.
Or do you mean the icon on the device? These icons are sometimes only updated after a soft reset.

I recopiled directly to a storage card, were the source files were....

I already done a softreset to the device with no luck....
What am I doing worng?

File ->>Choose Icon->>select file and clik open->>Compile application....

RED SQURE as app Icon ...BUAAAAAAAH, BUAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!(this is me crying),BUAAAAAAAH!!!

Maybe it is a wrong icon format. If you post it, I'll test it.

here is the icon...Had to zipp it...96x96 24bits, I don't think this is a problem as in v4 i added sucessfully a 72x72 24bit icon..

Hi Cableguy,

you have defined you icon as a 24bit/ 32bit truecolor. To use the icon with basic4ppc you have to reduce it to 256 colors.

I have attached your converted icon.
